Transcript Request
Transcripts are now available. If you need a transcript for a scholarship application, please see Mrs. Byrd in the counseling office.

If you need to send a transcript to a college for admissions application, complete the transcript request form below.

The cost to mail your transcript is $5. Please keep in mind, you should not have to mail your transcript to a Louisiana public college or university. They have access to transcripts through the Student Transcript System (STS). If they are unable to access your records, you will have to complete the transcript request form.

Go to and pay the $5 transaction fee.
After you have the transaction number, you will complete this google form HERE and we can send your transcript.

You must complete one of the following financial aid steps IN ORDER TO GRADUATE:

  • Complete the FAFSA (available at This is your TOPS application, as application for federal grants and student loans.
  • Complete the Louisiana TOPS form- if you are not completing the FAFSA (available at
  • A parent or legal custodian, or a student legally emancipated or of the legal age of majority, may certify a waiver in writing to the LEA (See Mrs. Byrd for this form)
  • Only one step is required- you do not have to complete the FAFSA and the TOPS form. The FAFSA is also the TOPS application.

Senior Information

Representatives from LSU-Shreveport are hosting 3 virtual visits for students this fall. They are on Oct 28, and Dec 02. All three virtual visits will be from 4:00-5:00pm. Click the link to register.

Seniors and parents are invited to attend a free webinar entitled Paying for College to understand the college financial aid process. Louisiana Paying for College Webinar, Monday, October 5th, at 6:00 pm. Hosts will cover the basics of college financial aid such as federal financial aid, state awards, scholarships and other options to consider in how to pay for college. They will also include tips on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which opens October 1st . CLICK HERE to register today.

The Karsh STEM Scholars program is available to seniors interested in attending Howard University and majoring in a STEM fields. You must have a 3.0/4.0 gpa, B average in college prep math and science courses, 26 ACT composite and 25 math subscore. E-mail Mrs. Byrd at if you would like to be nominated.

The Willis Knighton/Radience Technologies Independence Bowl scholarship application is available in the Counseling Office. Seniors must have a 3.0/4.0 gpa, plan to attend a four-year college, and have documented dedication to community service limited to junior and senior years. Applications must be submitted to the Counseling Office by 4 pm on October 23. CLICK HERE for information and form.
