The second Raising Cane’s Senior Spotlight of 2023 shines brightly upon quarterback No. 5 J.D. Gallman. During the 2022 season, Gallman was a wide receiver and the backup quarterback. He did start one game at quarterback last season for Byrd. Gallman was the starting quarterback and had a four-yard game-tying touchdown run in the final minute of last week’s Jamboree against Captain Shreve. On Friday, Sept. 1, J.D. and the Yellow Jackets will travel to Texarkana, Texas to battle the Pleasant Grove Hawks. #StingEm #onelove
