Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Bowling team.  They defeated HL Bourgeois in Round 1 and Central Lafourche in Round 2 and will advance to the State Finals in Baton Rouge this week.  Both matches were close, but our girls bowled their best and took the win!

Last Friday, C.E. Byrd went to NSU for the Demon Math Classic.  Out of about 11 teams, we finished first and second in the team competition.  In the individual competition, we finish first, second, and third.

First Place Team:  Gergely Szarvas (team captain), Jackson Ballew, Josh Johnson, and Nick Griffin.

Second Place Team: James Stratton (team captain), Marina Klein, Kailynn Weaver, Hannah Pearce, Abbie Ramsey, and Ella Price.
