The 22nd Raising Cane’s Senior Spotlight of 2026 shines brightly upon running back No. 5 Peter Santiago. After suffering a knee injury last year, Santiago returned to the lineup this season and has seven carries for 23 yards. On Friday, Oct. 30, Peter and the Yellow Jackets travel to south Bossier City to try and tame the Parkway Panthers. #StingEm
