Attention Freshmen: Applications are now open for the Lyle Leader Program and will be accepted until Friday, January 23 at midnight.  Applications can be obtained by scanning the QR code on flyers located in school hallways or by following the instructions in Canvas and on the Byrd app.

The Lyle Leader Program was initiated and founded by Dr. Bobby Lyle, a graduate of C.E. Byrd and the namesake of the SMU Lyle School of Engineering.  The program introduces students to leaders in the school and community and culminates in a community service project during junior and senior year.  Throughout the four-year commitment, the program focuses on exposure, experience, engagement, and empowerment, providing students with the opportunity to learn about and become leaders in our community.  Questions?
