UNIFORM & ACCESSORIES:

  • The uniform includes a wind suit, 3 tshirts, shell, skirt, briefs, socks, shoes, bag, pom poms, and rain jacket. These are ordered through Varsity cheerleading.
  • Uniforms are generally worn once a week on all football and home basketball game days.
  • Pep squad has their own PE class. Their PE uniform is ordered through the PE department at the beginning of school.
  • The approximate cost for the 2023-2024 pep squad will be $575.00. This covers the uniform, 3 t shirts, buses, and camp costs.

FITTING DATES AND TIMES:

  • May 10th from 4:40 – 6:00 pm
  • June 5 from 9:00-10:00 am
  • All fittings will be held in the Byrd Learning Center. The front doors face the teacher parking lot on the King’s Highway side of Byrd.

CAMP IS A MANDATORY PRACTICE:

  • Camp is a fun opportunity for the freshmen to meet one another. During camp we learn cheers, the Fight Song, the Alma Mater, football stand routines, and how to march (a Byrd tradition).
