C.E. Byrd High School is proud to begin the process of selecting our Student of the Year! This honor celebrates a senior who exemplifies the best of what it means to be a Byrd Yellow Jacket, including strong academic achievement, leadership, character, and service to our school and community. We are thrilled to begin this process and want to make sure every senior has the necessary information.

Per Caddo Parish Schools Policy, “all seniors and parents of seniors are to be notified of the Student of the Year Program, the selection process, and the procedures for resolving issues and disputes related to the selection of candidates.”  Please find attached a copy of the guidelines, selection process and grievance procedures for Caddo Parish.  This information is also available on the Class of 2027 Canvas page.
